Pastoral Council
INVITATION TO BE PART OF THE PASTORAL COUNCIL
If you are interested in serving on the Pastoral Council, please call or visit the Pastoral Center, leaving your name and phone number with the receptionist at 520.825.9611 extension 100. Fr. Peter will then set up an appointment to talk with you to explain the duties and responsibilities of a pastoral council member.
Members of the parish pastoral council are to be active registered parishioners, or staff persons that reflect the diversity of Santa Catalina parish, including age, gender, marital status, as well as, cultural and economic background.
The pastoral council serves as a consultative body to the pastor. Its primary role is mission focused, that is, pastoral visioning and planning. Members to the pastoral council are called forth from the parish community by selection rather than election.
