Pastoral Council
INVITATION TO BE PART OF THE PASTORAL COUNCIL
If you are interested in serving on the Pastoral Council, please call, 520-825-9611, ext. 100, or visit the Pastoral Center, and leave your name and phone number with Mary, our receptionist. Fr. Larry will then set up an appointment to talk with you to explain the duties and responsibilities of a pastoral council member.
Members of the parish pastoral council are to be active registered parishioners, or staff persons that reflect the diversity of Santa Catalina parish, including age, gender, marital status, as well as, cultural and economic background.
The pastoral council serves as a consultative body to the pastor. Its primary role is mission focused; that is, pastoral visioning and planning. Members to the pastoral council are called forth from the parish community by selection rather than election.
