Have you ever wondered in what other way you might honor Jesus and our Mother Mary?  Come and check out the Matachines of Santa Catalina – the costume sewing group and/or the ceremonial dancers. Currently our devotional dance known as “danza” has been offered anually to Our Lady of Guadalupe on December 12, but we would like to pray through our dance and our stitching for Mary’s other feast days as well, but to make that happen we need your participation. We are looking for participants of all ages. Come to a rehearsal or speak to one of the members and find out how you too can become a Matachine!  Brochures are available in the narthex of Santa Catalina Church and in the Pastoral Center. Sewing Group Meeting:
Generally we meet to rehearse every secondThursday of the month from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the parish hall depending on space availability.
